Project Description: The Contractor(s) shall provide professional services for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) planning, designing, and integration including subsystems such as electrical, instrumentation, servers, and network communications as they relate to the utility SCADA system. The contract would have pre-determined billing rates and a set mark-up of materials, rental equipment services, if required.
• Furnishing and installing new instrumentation and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Programming of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Operator Interface Terminal (OIT)
• In plant SCADA networking
• Demolition and disposal of existing facilities and equipment
• Staff Supplement
• Supply control panels as specified by Toho
• Troubleshoot and repair of control systems
• Instrumentation installation, modification, and repair
• Furnish, fabricate, and install electrical and instrumentation panels
• Documentation of existing and as-built electrical wiring
• Other services related to instrumentation and controls for utility systems
