The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity, Healthcare Operations Division – West, Delta Branch is issuing this sources sought notice for informational purposes only. The notice is a means of conducting market research to identify industry’s capabilities in providing software support and capabilities modules for government owned license of Instrument Manager software program. For additional information regarding the technical specifications, please see below. This sources sought notice is not a solicitation for quotations, proposals nor invitation for bids. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary and will not be compensated. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged. The Government will not evaluate the information received nor provide comments or feedback.
Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities and qualifications statement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation nor award a contract under this announcement. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
Project Background
This action is for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software support for government owned license of Data Innovations’ Instrument Manager, which is a Laboratory Middleware Software Solution used in support of the Pathology Department in Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA.
