The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a five year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for calibration services of Instron Brand Equipment on a Sole Source Basis to Instron (Illinois Tool Works) in accordance with the attached combined solicitation/synopsis.
