Description

The purpose of this Solicitation is to receive bids for a “Sturdy Built” Brand Milker Way Express Track System installed in a Dairy barn in SW Minnesota in a Residential Farm Building. Requested completion date is by April 30th 2025

The address is 15420 110th St. Young America, MN 55397

The Barn is 250' long 32' wide with a ceiling height of 9' 2"

The Sturdy Built brand has been deemed the only track system acceptable to the farmer for his needs and no substitute will be allowed or accepted. The Farm is in SW MN in Norwood-Young America and a site visit will be mandatory for any potential bidder that has not already visited the site for inspection

This contract is subject to Federal Prevailing Wages as established by the the Davis-Bacon Act, rates for the County are posted in the sample contract on page 18, Exhibit A, Supplement 1

The Product specifications are contained in the documents section of the Posting, and installation will be based on a mandatory site visit for Respondent inspection, verification, measurements and questions March 6th beginning @ 1:30pm sharp and ending by 3PM.

No other site inspection will be allowed, additional questions after the site inspection will be answered via addendum to this solicitation and posted here, The cut -off for submitted questions via e-mail is March 12th at noon to allow time for posted answers before the bid end date.
