BID NOTICE
The West Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau, 231 East Broadway, West Memphis, AR. 72301 will accept sealed bids on Friday, July 18, 2025 until 12:00 p.m. for the Installation & Removal of Christmas decorations for the 2025 Holiday Season for the City of West Memphis. All bidder requirements must be met as outlined in bid specification packet.
Please direct all inquiries and request for Bid Packets to Purchasing Director, Kenneth Johnson, 205 South Redding, P.O. Box 1728, West Memphis, Arkansas 72303 or by phone 870.732.7584.
Sealed bids shall be mailed or delivered to the Purchasing Director or CVB Director, Jim Jackson, 231 East Broadway or P.O. Box 1728, West Memphis, AR 72303. Please mark your bid Packet envelope in large letters INSTALL AND REMOVE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS FOR THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS. Bids will be opened on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at the City Hall in the City Council Chambers, located at 205 South Redding, West Memphis, AR 72301
