Installation of Stage Curtains at Eight Schools

The City is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of new stage curtains at certain (8) schools listed herein.

1. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on October 19, 2026, commencing at 9:00AM and continuing as follows:

1. Margaret M. Generali Elementary – 3196 East Main Street;

2. H.S. Chase Elementary – 40 Woodtick Road;

3. Walsh Elementary – 55 Dikeman Street;

4. Jonathan Reed Elementary School – 33 Griggs Street;

5. Bucks Hill Elementary – 330 Bucks Hill Road;

6. Bunker Hill Elementary – 170 Bunker Hill Avenue;

7. F.J. Kingsbury Elementary – 220 Columbia Boulevard; and

8. Driggs Elementary – 77 Woodlawn Terrace.

ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT ALL LOCATIONS OF THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
