Installation of Small Trash Capture Devices

Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator in person at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM for the FY25 Installation of Small Trash Capture Devices Project No. 25-PW-293. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, incidentals, equipment, cleaning and grubbing of the catch basins to install up to 80 Stormtek ST3G full trash capture device connector pipe screens (Devices) or equivalent at locations identified in the Appendices. This project requires the contractor to field fit and determine the size of each trash capture device. Bids delivered before December 18 at 2:00 PM must be delivered to the City Hall Information Desk at the northeast entrance of City Hall. City Hall is currently open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays by appointment only.
