Installation of Radio Communications System for Regional Dispatch Center

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB # 9195 – Installation of RadioCommunications System for Regional Dispatch Center for installation of a radio communications system for the 911 Regional Dispatch at various locations listed in the Scope of Work. DCAMM CERTIFICATION IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS REQUIRED.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet

portal on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 10:00

a.m. beginning at the first site located at 188 Concord Street, Framingham, MA. Please meet in the rear parking lot. Bidders will be notified of the time and addresses of the additional sites on that date.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
