Installation of High Efficiency Lighting & Lighting Controls

Project Description: The City of Dallas (“City”), through the Department of Facilities and Real Estate Management (FRM) is soliciting a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) to seek proposals from qualified Contractors to provide “turn-key” services for installation of a fully functional LED lighting and lighting controls project at 5 City facilities:
K.B. Polk Recreation Center, 6801 Roper Street, Dallas 75209
Martin Weiss Recreation Center, 1111 Martindale Avenue, Dallas 75211
Park in the Woods Recreation Center, 6801 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas 75249
Lakewood Branch Library, 6121 Worth Street, Dallas 75214
Skyline Library, 6006 Everglade Road, Dallas 75227
Prospective proposers must attend a mandatory pre-proposal site visit for each of the five (5) locations to complete their own survey and validation of existing conditions, quantities, and types of light fixtures at each site for the bid cost proposal. Failure to attend site visits for the five (5) locations will result in proposal not be considered for this project.
