Summary

This Invitation for Bid describes in detail the contract to install emergency equipment and supplies provided by the County on various Collin County vehicles at the awarded vendor's designated location. As a general rule, Collin County will deliver vehicles to a designated location for installations and swap-outs. Bid prices for installation, shall include all charges including materials and labor. Bid prices for removing equipment from one vehicle and installing on a like vehicle (swap-out), shall include all charges for materials and labor.
