Installation of Ductless HVAC System at USCG Station Milford Haven

Amendment 0002 is porivded to answer an outstanding question submitted in response to the solicitation.

Amendment 0001 is provided to answer question submitted in response to the solicitation.

Contractor shall provide for the installation of a complete multi-zoned ductless mini-split heat pump system, as well as the replacement of existing deficient units, at United States Coast Guard (USCG) Station Milford Haven. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 07/14/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 7/7/26 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 06/29/26 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Station Milford Haven at 63 Mill Point Rd, Hudgins, VA, 23076. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Frank Burton and MK1 Michael Aguirre at frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and michael.a.aguirre@uscg.mil. All visitors must submit a copy of their valid REALID Driver's License to LCDR Bogden two days prior to schedule their site visit. Full name, date of birth, and Driver's License number must be provided.
