Installation of American Revolutionary War Grave Markers (Reissued – Round 2)

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking quotes for the installation of Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) grave markers at the graves of American Revolutionary War veterans located in two cemeteries in Yarmouth Port. A sample of the SAR grave marker is attached to this RFQ as Attachment D.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law c. 30, §39M. The total project cost is estimated to be under $50,000. Contractors must be properly licensed and insured.

Late submissions will not be considered.

All labor must comply with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates. Quotes must reflect the current Prevailing Wage Schedule # 20250731162821.

Each bidder must submit documentation demonstrating that all employees to be employed on the project site have successfully completed a 10-hour OSHA safety training course, in compliance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39S, as amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004. This documentation must be included with the quote submission.

A site visit is recommended prior to submitting a quote.

Written questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2025. All responses will be issued in the form of written addenda, if necessary.
