Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25155 for Installation of a Wheelchair Platform Lift at the Beeman Elementary School. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Tues., June 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bid packages will be available on Wed. May 28, 2025 at bidnet direct. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
