The envelope must be sealed and clearly marked "SEALED BID Number 2503-064 for Installation of
a Traffic Signal and Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons – Coit Road at Prestwick Hollow Drive, Gaylord Parkway at Hall Park, and Gaylord Parkway at Network Boulevard, Warren Parkway at The Star Boulevard”. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 via online video conference. All times are local times in Frisco, Texas.
