Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment, located at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, 1 Chimney Point Drive, Ogdensburg, NY 13669.

The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 10:00am EST.

Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than October 9, 2024, at 3:00pm EST.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, October 17, 2024, by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by October 24, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm EST on October 31, 2024.
