Project Description: The City of Tempe (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide inspection services for the Tempe Housing Authority (“THA”). The selected contractor will conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspections for units assisted under the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, in compliance with federal requirements outlined (HUD 24 CFR 982.401).
