DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority will conduct a Pre-Bid Meeting via Microsoft
Teams on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 10 AM, ET. A Facility
Inspection for those who request to attend will be held on Tuesday,
November 4, 2025 at 9 AM, ET. Refer to the solicitation document
for further details.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the
provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-
4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that
for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and
fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be
