This is a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement to engineer, furnish, install, test, and repair (EFIT&R), inside IT plant &
premise wiring to include installation of interior fiber optic and copper cables with terminations, cable management systems,
equipment cabinets and racks, cable termination drops, patch panels, ducting, conduit and grounding for racks/cabinets and
communications systems. Fiber optic cables/ducting to be in interior options for blown and drawn fiber with various multiple
strand options for both multi-mode and single-mode. Copper cable structured wiring to be in options of either twisted pair Cat
5e for facilities with a majority of existing Cat 5e infrastructure or Cat 6/Cat 6 for newer facilities, either at the discretion of
USAF. All internal wall penetration works to include ‘fire stopping’ to industry standards. All newly installed cabinets or racks will
be permanently fixed to the floor (bolted) unless directed otherwise by the COR and grounded appropriately. Provision for safe
Asbestos abatement working methods to be included for work areas identified by USAF Civil Engineers as containing historical
Asbestos contaminated materials. This BPA will be multiple 5 year competitive BPAs with preapproved price lists.
