Innovation Showcase

As part of the Governor's Executive Order N-30-25, California's Health and Human Services Agency, Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency, and Office of Data and Innovation, in partnership with the California Breakthrough Project and the Governor's Innovation Fellows, would like to invite interested solution creators to submit an Intent to Showcase to be a presenter at an Innovation Showcase. The Intent to Showcase should be no more than two (2) pages and should identify the challenge(s) to be met, explain your company's qualifications, and provide details of the proposed solution.

The most qualified solution creators who best address Challenge Statements will be selected and invited to present at the Showcase in person on January 22, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Sacramento, California. You may choose to demo for more than one Challenge Statement. Audiovisual support will be provided.

If selected, solution creators will be given a 15-minute demonstration window to share the most current functional capabilities of their tools related to the chosen Challenge Statement(s). A 10-minute question-and-answer session will immediately follow each demonstration.

Please submit your Intents to Showcase using the portal link provided in the attached Notice of Opportunity. Submissions are due no later than 5:00 p.m., January 12, 2026. The State will assess and provide responses no later than 5:00 p.m., January 15, 2026.

State business leaders and executives from all state entities, legislative staff, and labor partners will be invited to attend this vendor showcase, view the demos, and ask questions of the solution creators. This market research will empower departments to reimagine how technology and smart applications can solve tomorrow's challenges faster, smarter, and with greater impact. This is not a procurement.
