2024 Innovation Bench RFQ - Cycle 1

Project Description: Through this RFQ, MTC shall create a pre-qualified bench of consultants ("Bench") from which MTC may contract on a per-project basis to provide a variety of innovative services and expertise to support MTC's Innovation Lab initiatives. These services encompass project and program management, rapid prototyping, technology implementation, organizational change management, and specialized support in areas such as Microsoft platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and user engagement. Consultants may apply to be approved for any one or more of the following service categories on the Bench: A. Technology Project/Program Management B. Established and Emerging Technology C. Rapid Prototyping/POC Development D. Digital Transformation and Technology Implementation E. Microsoft Platform Expertise F. User Experience, Engagement, and Change Strategy
