    The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to purchase thirty (30) Innovasea NexTrak R1 Transponding Acoustic Receivers. The DNR EWR-Invasive Carp Division is partnering with USGS, Wisconsin DNR and USFWS on an invasive carp monitoring project and the requested transponders must be brand compatible to operate with the current array of receivers being utilized. This has determined to be a sole source procurement and no substitutions will be accepted.
