Summary

The Division of Corrections purchases approximately $140,000 in inmate clothing and miscellaneous items annually. This is in no way a guarantee of future expenditures, as inmate population fluctuates. Typical items ordered include but are not limited to: Ankle Socks, shirts, pants, shorts, blankets, towels, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and female hygiene products. in 2024 Volusia County Corrections operated at an average daily population (ADP) of approximately 1,331 however, this fluctuates with the max jail capacity being 1,722.
