Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one (1) qualified Proposer to provide Inmate Banking and Commissary Ordering Software, Intake/Kiosk Bail Bond Services, Secure Release Services (Debit Card Program), Inmate Phone Services, Video Visitation System, Commissary Services, and Inmate Vending Services to the incarcerated population seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year at the Osceola County Corrections Facility in accordance with the specifications herein. The commissary and inmate vending services are commission‑based, with commissions calculated on the gross revenue generated from these services.
