PLEASE SEE UPDATED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AND THE UPDATED EVALUATION FACTORS IN SECTION 5 OF THE SOW .
ALSO SEE NEW ATTACHMENT 1 - "SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS" FOR ADDITIONAL SOLICITATION INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION.
ALL QUOTES SHALL BE VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF 90-DAYS
Interested contractors shall provide their proposals via e-mail to the email addresses listed below. Proposals submitted must be in sufficient detail as to allow for a thorough government evaluation in accordance with the above mentioned attachments.
Proposals for this solicitation are due no later than 5:00 PM EST on Monday, August 24, 2026. Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST on Friday, August 14, 2026.
