Ink Pumps

The Treasury Common Services Center, Acquisition Services on behalf of the Office of Currency Manufacturing intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to purchase Brand name Graco Pumps 63:1 Ratio 200L D200 Supply Unit, Part Number RCM1559 utilizing a Justification and Approval using simplified acquisition procedures.

This procurement is for the purchase of ten (10) each Graco Pumps 63:1 Ratio 200L D200 Supply Unit, Part Number RCM1559 for the Super Orlof Intaglio Presses used by Bureau of Engraving and Printing for currency manufacturing.

This procurement will be a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. While the item is limited to the Graco brand name to protect the equipment, we anticipate and encourage competition among authorized small business distributors and resellers who can deliver the genuine manufacturer components.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. This notice gives the public transparency regarding this restriction and allows industry partners to verify whether they can meet the requirement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
