This requirement is for a computer-based Injury Tracking Program Subscription that will help with implementing a program to input medical information to improve communication and allow tracking of students. It is intended to track the most common injuries and collect data to utilize best practices for student safety and to decrease injuries in training environments.
The Injury Tracking Program Subscription will help optimize communication with leadership and class teams regarding student status, participation levels, and medical appointments. The program leverages HIPAA-approved application (app) to allow immediate communication without requiring computers at all locations. The program will be utilized via apps on phones, computers, and kiosks for data entry.
