The scope of the project is the rightsizing and modernization of the existing school, which has an existing capacity of 788 students in grades 7 to 12. The rightsizing of the school will reduce the capacity by demolishing a portion of the school and adding to the size
of the gym space. Existing gross floor area: is7,068 m² while the planned gross floor area at opening is 5,178 m², final reduced capacity resulting from the rightsizing exercise to be determined as part of the design phase.
