Delnor Construction acting as Construction Manager on behalf of Alberta Infrastructure is seeking design-build services for the consulting, supply & install & pre-testing of the doors, frames and hardware scope pertaining to the UAH SIU Level 3 project. The successful proponent will assemble a comprehensive psf, door & hardware package based on the theory of operation and supporting documents provided as well as supply, install and pre-test functionality as part of the commissioning process. The intent of the RFP is to secure a design/build vendor to assemble a comprehensive psf/door & hardware package for review and approval and will be responsible to supply, install & pre-test all frames, doors &hardware on the project.
