Bid Synopsis:	This Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information from vendors on their infrastructure monitoring solutions. The primary objective is to acquire a solution that provides comprehensive visibility into our infrastructure, identifies potential issues proactively, performs active monitoring including “Up/Down” and supports efficient infrastructure management and capacity planning. The State of Wisconsin (State) Department of Administration (DOA) on behalf of the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) intends to use the information gathered in this Phase 1 of our procurement process to determine an updated iteration of our visibility monitoring tool into our infrastructure and based upon that direction, in Phase 2, issue a competitive solicitation, if deemed appropriate.
