| Bid Synopsis: | The scope of this procurement and subsequent Contract shall include the management of the statewide processes associated with the procurement and engagement of contingent IT Contracted Personnel. The State intends to award a Contract to a single VMS Company based upon the requirements in this RFP. The VMS Company will act as managed service provider over the program, Contractors, and Contracted Personnel, while also supplying the State with a VMS solution (included in the VMS Fee). |
