Notes
The Las Vegas Valley Water District is seeking information from service providers that offer utility billing and payment services. Although customers are offered a variety of payment methods and options with our existing solutions, technology is constantly changing. We are seeking information to identify whether there are changes that may be needed to provide our customers and organization the best processes, options, and solutions. The primary objective is to understand the specific services each provider offers. Service providers should share as many billing and payment options they are able to provide.
