Scope of Services
The Sanford Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking bids for a digital outdoor kiosk. The design of the outdoor digital kiosk should reflect and conform with the character and charm of a historic area. Specifications include:

Digital Outdoor Kiosk

•        Dual Sided

•        Two (2) - 55” diagonal high bright display screens

•        One (1) Infrared (IR) touch frame for one (1) side

•         Two (2) ruggedized content PCs for outdoors

•        Cables

•        Software configuration

One-time Programming and Creative

•        New interactive and non-interactive content for the outdoor digital kiosk. Include creative work for template, kiosk company configuration for remote web-based control.

Integration/Placement

•        Kiosk company will install equipment, configure, and test. City of Sanford will be responsible to provide a pad for the kiosk, as well as the City of Sanford will be responsible for the electrical, cable work, and data by City or others.

•        Provide shipping cost

Cellular Connection for Internet Connectivity

•        Provide cost and frequency such as monthly

Subscription

•        Kiosk company access for web-based content management and administration

•        Asset and data storage

•        Daily web-based monitoring and maintenance control by kiosk company technicians
