Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) 10-006-25 Captain Cook State Recreation Area Concessionaire

In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these prior experience and minimum requirements:

• Offeror must have previous experience operating campgrounds or similar outdoor recreation facilities whether public or private.

• Offeror must have demonstrated understanding and knowledge of Alaska State Park campgrounds.

• Offeror must have demonstrated capacity (financial and staff capacity) to operate at a remote location.

Offerors meeting these prior experience and minimum requirements must check the box on Attachment 2 Application Form.

Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the prior experience and minimum requirements above. Offerors that fail to identify in their proposals how they meet the prior experience, and minimum requirements will be deemed non-responsive.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on March 07, 2025.
