Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and necessary insurance for “The Purchase of Bypass Filter Cartridges” for various City of Houston shop. FMD will be responsible for transportation of units to vendor’s location within 50 miles of the Houston-Sugarland-Baytown metropolitan statistical area. Vendor will supply against defects & workmanship with a 1-year unlimited warranty unless otherwise stated.See attached Scope of Work |
