Solicits input from transmission developers and offshore wind stakeholders to identify opportunities to develop New York City offshore wind transmission more efficiently and effectively (e.g. reduce project costs and/or timelines, mitigate stakeholder impacts, provide environmental benefits). This Request for Information (RFI 5925) will help NYSERDA gain information about the key topics that could benefit from pre-development research or engagement.
