Infant and Child Car Seats and Boosters

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Infant and Child Car and Booster Seats to the Georgia Department of Public Health (hereinafter, "the State Entity") as further described in this eRFQ.

The Child Occupant Safety Project (COSP), through provisions made by the Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety, provides child safety seats to county partners across the State of Georgia in order to decrease injuries and deaths associated with motor vehicle crashes. The Contractor will provide the Department with car and booster seats that meet the specifications as detailed.
