INF-012 Inflow Investigations

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for the performance of inflow investigations of the regional wastewater collection system, which is owned, operated and maintained by the District’s seven wastewater Satellite agencies (the cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland and Piedmont, plus Stege Sanitary District, which provides collection services to El Cerrito, Kensington and Richmond Annex).

It is the District’s intent to hire qualified contractors and consultants for all of the Bid Items (and sub-Bid Items) contained in the RFP, thereby developing a roster to implement the necessary investigations to help assist in achieving the goals and objectives of the Wet Weather Consent Decree.

EBMUD intends to award a two-year contract with three options to renew for one-year terms to the Proposer(s) who best meets the District’s requirements.
