The RTC is preparing to solicit for contracted services from a firm that can successfully represent the RTC brand to provide customer services and monitor operations on RTC buses and at RTC bus stops, transit centers, on buses, and in the field. The RTC welcomes and invites all industry partners to review the DRAFT scope of work and provide feedback by answering the questions presented. The RTC requests that all written responses be provided no later than OCTOBER 30, 2024, at 3:00 PM PST. Any correspondence from industry partners received after this date/time will not receive consideration. Written feedback shall be submitted via NGEM RESPONSE ATTACHMENTS TAB. Written feedback shall be detailed as possible and clearly identify the section of the RFI that is being addressed. |
