| Synopsis |
The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) is preparing to launch a new acquisition for the Potomac Interceptor (PI) under the terms of a Master Services Agreement (MSA). This initiative underscores DC Water’s commitment to delivering critical infrastructure projects through strong, collaborative partnerships with the industry.
Based on feedback from prior and ongoing market engagement, DC Water has elected to pursue an MSA for this effort with the intent to execute projects as tasks utilizing the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. This approach is intended to promote early collaboration, cost certainty, and shared accountability throughout project delivery. DC Water welcomes and encourages all interested and qualified firms to attend the upcoming Industry Outreach Event. This session will provide an overview of the anticipated acquisition, project objectives, and procurement approach, and will offer an opportunity to ask questions and engage with the project team. |
