Industry Day National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Class C Vessels

The NOAA Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), in support of NOAA Class C Vessels, announces a Virtual Industry Day regarding NOAA’s Class C Vessel Requirement for the design and construction of Class C vessels.

The Industry Day will be held electronically on July 28, 2025.

Please notify chris.meconnahey@noaa.gov of your intent to attend no later than July 14, 2025. Attendees who RSVP will receive a Microsoft Teams calendar invite with the meeting link in advance of the event.

The Government will issue a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit comments prior to the industry day. The Draft RFP is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of Contractor responses to this announcement. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. When and if the Government issues a final RFP, interested Contractors will be expected to thoroughly address the requirements thereof regardless of the circumstances surrounding this Draft RFP. Please note: All Industry responses and questions received regarding this Draft RFP will be treated as public information and may be released on SAM.gov.
