INDUSTRIAL STATIONARY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICE
The City of Springfield will accept electronically submitted bids through its’ e-bidding service provider, DemandStar, from qualified persons or firms interested in providing the following: Industrial Stationary Equipment Maintenance & Repair Service
This bid will provide service for the following generators: Two CAT Energy Solutions MWM CG170-12 Generators, Engine S/N 2213420 and Engine S/N 2213421 located at the Southwest Treatment Plant; and One Cummins LS-04 Generator, S/N C125D6C1873362 located at Roundtree Lift Station. The Contractor shall provide on-site inspection, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for Industrial Stationary Equipment listed above and additional Industrial Stationary Equipment the City may own or acquire. A contract will be issued in the form of a yearly contract.

For any contract for services greater than $5,000, the successful bidder shall comply with § 285.530, RSMo, as amended, and (1) provide by sworn affidavit affirmation that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and (2) provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this contract. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. Letter from respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient.
