CITY OF SPARTA INDUSTRIAL PARK DIRVE ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Sparta, Georgia, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the 0.5 Million Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank in Sparta, Georgia. Bids will be received at City of Sparta ¿ City Hall, 12912 Broad Street, Sparta, Georgia 31087 until 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2025. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within sixty (60) days of the bid opening.

The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:

Construction of one elevated water storage tank, installation of approximately 224 L.F. of 12-inch DIP waterline, one 12¿ tapping valve and sleeve, 8¿ DIP overflow piping, 8¿ DIP tank drain line, an altitude valve and vault, one fire hydrant assembly, chain link fencing with 12¿ wide sliding gate, and associated appurtenances.
