Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for Welding and Industrial Gases on an as-needed basis in rented and County-owned cylinders. This bid shall result in the award of one Supplier Contract in the maximum aggregate amount of $15,000.00 for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. Bids for alternate products will not be considered.

This bid shall be evaluated and awarded on a all-or-none basis. The evaluation will be conducted under the provisions of Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions, which will include at minimum: the pricing offered herein, prompt payment discounts if offered, local vendor preference (if applicable), and adherence to all conditions and requirements of this bid. Placer County intends to award to the successful bidder in the total amount of $15,000 for an initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. Placer County does not guarantee any minimum or maximum number of goods shall be required. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
