The contractor shall deliver the unit to the location stated below. Louis A. Johnson VAMC is drawing up a contract for renovation and the facility is seeking new equipment.

Prior to delivery, Contracting Officer Representative and/or Service Line Representative shall receive shipping information from Contractor and forward to Beth Bova and Logistics using the email(s) listed above.
The Contractor must comply and provide all necessary information to VA Clarksburg. Otherwise, the delivery may be refused and require redelivery at no additional cost to the government.
Requested Delivery Date
Delivery of equipment is requested to occur with 60-days after receipt of order. While installation is not required, once our service installs the equipment, training will be required once it is scheduled by the service.
