COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotations” are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

The solicitation number N00244-25-Q-S153 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-25-Q-S153 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 published in the Federal Register on 07 August 2025. Small business joint venture quoters have to submit the joint venture representations at paragraph (c) of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) solicitation provision 52.212-3, Quoter Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations, with each offer.

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333413 with a size standard of 500 Employees.

All interested companies shall provide a quotation for:

0001 Ceiling Fan Kit, Basic 6, 18', 400-480V/3PH 5 Each

0002Ceiling Fan Kit, Basic 6, 16', 400-480V/3PH 5Each

0003 INSTALLATION 10 Each

Required Delivery Date/Period of Performance is: 09/01/2025 – 07/31/2026.

Place of Performance: STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS WING 1, 7641 MERCURY RD. BLDG. 825, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma 73145.

Statement of work

Introduction

Contract required for the cooling of building 801 shop area. Requesting contract for the purchasing and installation of 10 industrial fans at the designated location on the attached sheet. Electrical wiring and fire control wire will already be in place (work to be completed by 72CE per attached sheet).

Contractors will complete the following tasks:

Purchase fans

• 5 Ceiling Fan Kits, Basic 6, 18’, 400-480V/3PH, 2.0HP 725W


• 5 Ceiling Fan kits, basic 6, 16’, 400-480V/3PH, 2.0HP, 725W


• To include Total of 10 Basic standard industrial Mount kit, 5-9 7/8” Beam mount, 2’ Extension tube and Z-Purlin/Guy Wire Attachment Kit.


• Advanced Multi Fan Control Kit, Up to 24 Fans or similar,

Install fan attachments at designated locations

• Attaching fan mounts to I beams or Z-purlins and assembling and installing fan


• Wiring fans in to supplied wiring boxes (per electrical code)


• Wiring fans for fire control (per fire code)


• Installing and wiring of Advanced Multi Fan Control Kit (similar to BAFCon RTC)

Contractor will supply own lift requirements and all safety gear needed to work from heights to install fans safely and per manufacture specifications.

Building personnel will move vehicles around to allow contractors to install fans safely.

Note if industrial fan vendor/company installs and does all electrical warranty increases to 15 years for Mechanical and Electrical. If local contractor installs Warranty: Mechanical 7 years. Electrical 3 Years. Labor 1 year.

This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 10:00 AM (PST) San Diego, California Time on 22 September 2025. Submit vendor quote to the Contract Specialist, Michelle Muniz via email to the address michelle.a.muniz.civ@us.navy.mil and stating - Solicitation N00244-25-Q-S153 INDUSTRIAL FANS AND FAN INSTALLATON TINKER AIR FORCE BASE.

Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, quoters are hereby directed to submit question(s) not later than 10:00 AM San Diego, California time on 19 September 2025. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. ANSWERS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL ONLY BE RESPONDED VIA EMAIL.
