Release Date: 1/21/2026
Due Date: 2/11/2026
The City is seeking a responsible vendor to provide an Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (“ICP-MS”, the “Instrument” or “System”) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.

The City through its Department of Utilities Division of Water Quality focuses on providing safe and dependable drinking water and reliable wastewater services to its customers. To improve its services to the community, the City is planning to replace its ICP-MS. Regularly analyzed metals include aluminum, antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, copper, iron, lead, manganese, nickel, selenium, silver, sodium, thallium, and zinc.
