The City of Surprise ("the City") is currently accepting bids for a company to provide the services to repair a portion of the ballistic overhead baffles for the Surprise Police Department (SPD) per the specifications herein. This project is not considered a new build of any permanent structure or construction but rather will require a vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and transportation necessary for tear down and product replacement.
