The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a market feasibility study, economic impact analysis, and business planning assessment for a proposed indoor athletic complex in Cumberland, Maryland.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the market demand, financial feasibility, economic impact, and conceptual facility requirements associated with the potential development of a multi-purpose indoor sports complex designed to host local, regional, and national sporting events.
