Clause WSSTERMMZ01 is here by removed from solicitation N00383-24-Q-TP81 andthe following language is included:The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible,technically acceptable and responsible offeror whore offer, conforming to
thesolicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offeror's proposalshall be in the form prescribed in the Section L solicitation provisionentitled "submission of Offers for Lowest Priced, Technically AcceptableOffers". Only those proposals prepared in
accordance with the solicitationwill be evaluated. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluatedprice of proposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in theGovernment's best interest to do so. The Government will first evaluate
thenon-price go/no go factors. The non-price evaluation factor is PastPerformance. The non-price factors will be rated as either acceptable orunacceptable based on the solicitation criteria. The contractor must achieve anacceptable rating in past performance or it
will be removed from competition.
This solicitation for a spares procurement of a commercial off the shelf(COTS) item for the P8 aircraft.
This solicitation will be using competitive procedures.
This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest pricetechnically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote.
The quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PMEST on the closing date, listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation.
Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.
This requirement can be procured from aircraft prime, original equipment manufacturer, or any supliers who can provide (FAA)-Certified parts which possess an FAA Authorized Released Certificate, Faa Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited inthe mail, transmitted by facsimile, or
sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein.
Early and incremental deliveries accepted.
