Indian Trail, NC - RFQ - Tennis & Pickleball Court Facilities (Design-Build Services)

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Indian Trial (hereafter, Town) located at 315 Matthews Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, is seeking a qualified team of professionals to design and construct a new tennis courts facility in Crooked Creek Park at the location depicted in the attached Exhibit “D” as well as a pickleball facility in Chestnut Square Park where existing tennis courts are located; see Appendix “J”. More information can be found in the attached request for qualifications “RFQ” and Scope of Work.
